What we're looking for

This person will have had some prior experience video editing preferably in gaming, streamer content, vtuber clipping, or esports and is willing to learn working across the agile and growing content landscape of gaming.

An editor with technical skill and looking to learn and earn while doing great work with our team. Understanding of gaming and vtuber culture is preferred! We're looking for a team member who will bolster our team’s videos and memes.

Responsibilities

• Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, and general video editing software to edit (Splitting, combining, adding appropriate sounds and/or graphics) videos
• Continuously develop skills to to match or create new trends in the gaming video content space
• Implementing creative choices during editing - this includes video sequence and structure structure, sourcing appropriate music for scenes, and determining what should be supported in the editing process
• Working with other video editors to improve and share skills, as well as communicate and improve your proficiency in video editing

Qualifications

• Excellent organization skills and file handling
• Creative and artistic skills
• Previous work experience as a video editor
• Hands-on experience with editing software, including Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro X, Avid Media Composer, Lightworks, or Premier.
• Adept at communication management and keeping calm under high-pressure online interactions
• Collaborative and open to feedback

Nice to have

• Exposure to new media, and short-form content such as Tiktok/Reels/Stories
• Consistently on the pulse with video content in gaming, anime, vtubers, and or esports
